The criminal investigation initiated against me, Jens M. Stober, for allegedly 'depicting violence and violating human dignity' has been dropped by the Karlsruhe public prosecutor's office on January 17, 2011, pursuant to § 170 Abs. 2 StPO. All allegations that the computer game violates human dignity have been legally dismissed.
